Mr. Chipman is an investor and the founder of Chipsoft, Inc., the original owner and developer of TurboTax, the leading income tax preparation software program for consumers and small businesses. Mr. Chipman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ChipSoft, Inc. until 1993, when Chipsoft Inc. and Turbo Tax were sold to Intuit, Inc. Since 1993, Mr. Chipman, manages a variety of family investments in including ownership interests in commercial real estate, technology companies and a professional sports franchise. Mr. Chipman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Mr. Chipman and his spouse, Evelyn Chipman, control The Chipman First Family Limited Partnership, which has been a shareholder of the Company since 1999.
