As of October 1, 2003 Quicken versions 2002 and newer do not support web connect feauture with Bank of Internet using the QFX format. In order to import the transaction data from your Bank of Internet account please follow this alternative route. The key to this procedure is to use the QIF format and the instructions are on each web page of the process. Below are some details to get you started.

Instructions:
Once logged in to your account click the download link at the bottom of the page just under the Internet Customer Heading.

Follow the drop down menu's to select your account and range of dates for your download.

Select the QIF format labeled as Personal Finance.

Click Continue

Follow the instructions on this page. The objective is to save the data onto your hard drive in the folder that you select. In order to do this you must right click on the link and choose save as, this will prompt you to select a folder to save this file to. Please remember this folder since this is the one you will need to choose when you import this file into Quicken.

In Quicken, choose the import feature under the file menu and select the QIF format. This will lead you through the process of importing your data into Quicken.
