    I just love doing business with your bank! Last Friday I remembered that I had 2 CDs maturing on 8-13. I also noticed the great interest rate on your 18 month CD. Using the "contact" box on your web site I requested that I wished to redeem the CDs and purchase a new 18 month CD. I received an e-mail today indicating that everything was taken care of. No forms, no telephone calls, no hassle. I don't even check CD rates at other banks anymore because your service is so good.

    I want to thank you and your staff for all the help you have given me with the recent problem I had with my purse being stolen. There are many thing I have learned through this ordeal,
    1. I will no longer carry a check book with me, if I think I will be needing a check, will only carry one or two.
    2. Continue to only have a small balance in the account with the Debit card I use.
    3. To be more alert of people near me, and while working will no longer carry a purse, only have my Debit card on my person.
    Mr. Evans I want you to know that Andrew V. was most helpful to solve my problems; I know I was a pain but, he was very patient, calm, helpful, and pleasant, this should be considered when it is time for his review.
    With the assistance I received, I feel more comfortable doing Internet Banking.

    Great start with myrvbank.com! I like being able to change the text size for one thing.
    I have been a customer of your bank for several years now and think its great. I also am a full time RV'r so was one who wrote in suggesting you do more to promote your bank to RV'rs.
    I have a couple suggestions you might think about for myrvbank.com.
    Having the rotating sign for different offerings is great but you might want to think about slowing it down a little. I'm one of the younger full time RV'rs and I had to read the same ad a few times to read it all.
    You also might want to add a reference to the fact that ATM charges are refunded so you can use any ATM for access.
    Might also want to mention something about free billpay.
    I know this information is mentioned elsewhere but it might help to have it on the home page.
    Other than that I think its a great start.

    I just got off the phone with Jessica discussing on-line access and the renewal of my CD. My experience with your bank has been excellent and the staff very helpful.
    I sold my small community bank last year which I started 30 years ago so I know a bit about customer service. I now have money in several banks and by far your bank comes the closest to providing service that you usually only find in small town bank.

    New bill payment service:
    The new service is great. I especially like the ability to use aliases for payees. Makes it much easier to keep track of them. I have only two minor suggestions that would make Bank of Internet perfect for me:
    - I wish I could withdraw up to $400 daily per ATM card (instead of the $300 limit).
    - I’d like to be able to assign my own PIN for my ATM card.
    Keep up the great work. In addition to our account, I’ve gotten five other family members to open Bank of Internet checking accounts.

    I opened a Senior Account in May and have recently started electronic bill paying. I first read about Bank of Internet in the Santa Fe New Mexican paper and was attracted by the favorable rates and perks of the Senior Account. I had several questions at first, which were answered by your very helpful and courteous support staff. Although I still maintain a balance in a local account for convenience, I intend to do the majority of my banking through Bank of Internet. I am more than satisfied.

    I'm a bank investor both, individually and through our investment club. Just wanted to let you know that a couple of our members have refinance with BofI and one of our members recently purchase a house as well. All of them are giving BofI extremely high marks for the kind of service they received. In particular the ease of process and of course the low rates and professional service. The person who purchased the house recently told me that the realtor was skeptical at first but then after the process was completed she was very impressed with Bofi and stated that she has never seen such an efficient bank.

    I live in New Jersey and was a little apprehensive opening a checking account with "The Bank of Internet" a little over a year ago. Since then, I have opened a savings account and several CD's.
