B of I has been in business in the Del Mar area since 1999 and provides residential mortgages to high FICO, low LTV borrowers who provide full income documentation on all loans. Our Direct to Consumer business model involves contacting up-to-the-minute leads from Lead Aggregators such as Lending Tree, LowerMyBills and others as well as inbound calls and applications via our website. After some experience with the company, opportunities may exist for transition to other marketing channels. More Details... Application Developer I The Application Developer I supports our Development Team in developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining business critical software supporting Bank of Internet’s strategic initiatives. This includes end user software for loan origination and portfolio management (as well as new business projects) and application interface software responsible for providing validated data to other internal departments such as Compliance, Servicing, Accounting, and Executive Reporting.
