Setting Up a Trust
Setting up a trust account is a simple two-step process:
Step 1: Trustee(s) apply as an individual or joint owner(s) by opening an account. Select Trust Account in the application.
The following information will be required for each individual:
- Driver's License Number (custodian)
- Social Security Number
- Birth date
- Home/Business phone
- Mother's Maiden Name
- Home/Mailing address
- Email address
(We recommend you collect the information prior to initiating the application process to avoid any delays)
Step 2: After the account has been approved and opened, submit the Certification of Trust form.
- Download the Bank of Internet USA Trust Certification form
- Complete the Bank of Internet USA Trust Certification Form and have it notarized.
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click on Contact Us
- Send a secure email with a scanned copy of the notarized form.
